The registration fee includes admittance to general sessions, exhibit venue, networking reception, continental breakfast and lunch for days registered.

Student Registration $120 $140
* Student rate is for undergraduate and graduate students, without full-time employment, at an accredited college or university. Student ID will be required at check-in.

    • Conference badge is required for admission to all sessions and venues
    • All exhibit personnel must be registered for the conference (learn more about exhibiting)
    • Guests must register for full conference or one-day rate to gain access to the exhibit floor

Refund Policy

Cancellations on or before April 12 will receive refund less $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds after this date or for no-shows.  Substitutions can be made by May 13 by logging in to your registration profile.

Hawaii Energy Conference Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers and sponsors at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event.  We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everyone. The Hawaii Energy Conference provides a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including presentations, networking, and associated social media.
