REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

The registration fee includes admittance to all general sessions and the virtual platform for networking with sponsors, attendees, and conference materials. Sessions will be available on-demand for those unable to attend live. The virtual platform will be available up to a week in advance.

$  95 | Early Registration (Ends May 14)
$125 | Advanced Registration (Ends June 20)
$145 | Full Registration (June 21-June 24)
$  25 | *Student Registration (Ends June 20)

* Student rate is for undergraduate and graduate students, without full-time employment, at an accredited college or university. Scholarships are available for students in Hawaii – please contact info@hawaiienergyconference.com

Refund Policy

Cancellations on or before May 14 will receive refund less $40 processing fee. There will be no refunds after this date or for no-shows.  Substitutions can be made by June 11.

Hawaii Energy Conference Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers and sponsors at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event.  We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everyone. The Hawaii Energy Conference provides a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including presentations, networking, and associated social media.
